Aisu Vault helps you catalog and value collectibles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address, your password (stored hashed by our authentication provider, Supabase), and a user ID.
• Your collection: the items you add, including title, barcode, edition details, cover images, values, and PriceCharting links.
• Photos for AI scan: when you use AI scan, the photo is sent to our server and then to OpenAI to identify the item. We do not store the photo after identification.
• Purchases: Apple processes payments, and RevenueCat manages subscriptions and purchases. They receive your user ID and purchase history. We never see your card details.
• Advertising: Google AdMob shows ads. If you allow tracking, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier. We ask for your ad consent before showing personalized ads. Your user ID is passed with rewarded ads to confirm that you watched one.
• Usage counts: monthly counts of AI scans and rewarded ads, used to apply plan limits.
• Server logs: IP addresses, used for rate limiting and security.

We do not collect your location or contacts, and we do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools.

How we use it

We use this information to run the app, sync your collection, identify items, show market values, process purchases, show ads, enforce limits, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that run the app: Supabase (accounts and database), OpenAI (AI scan photos), Apple and RevenueCat (purchases), Google AdMob (ads), and PriceCharting (price lookups, which do not include your personal info). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app, which permanently erases your data from our database and deletes your RevenueCat customer record. Apple and RevenueCat may keep purchase records as required by law.

Your choices

You can deny tracking through iOS App Tracking Transparency, change your ad consent, skip AI scan, or delete your account at any time.

Children

Aisu Vault is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the effective date. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
