Aisu Vault Terms of Service

Effective date: [LAUNCH DATE]. These terms are an agreement between you and Aisu Productions.

1. Use of the app. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login secure. Don't misuse the app, scrape it, or try to get around its limits.
2. Your content. Your collection data belongs to you. You let us store and process it so the app can work.
3. Prices are estimates. Market values come from PriceCharting and are for information only. They are not appraisals or financial advice. AI identification can be wrong, so check important items yourself.
4. Purchases. The $39.99 lifetime ad-free unlock and Pro subscriptions are sold through Apple. Pro renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds follow Apple's policies. Lifetime purchases last for as long as the app is offered.
5. Ads and rewards. Free users see ads. Rewarded ads grant extra AI scans and have no cash value.
6. Availability. Features, limits, and prices may change. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Disclaimer. The app is provided as-is, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
8. Apple. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard licensed-application end-user terms also apply.
